California Assembly Bill
AB 2473 (signed into law 2022, implemented via BHIN 25-029 effective January 1, 2026) requires all RADTs and SUDRCs registered on or after July 1, 2025 to complete 80 hours of Case Management & Core Competency education within 6 months of registration.
